Moon Base Games & Comics
Moon Base was in McKenzie Alley in beautiful Fairhaven. Just three miles from Downtown Bellingham, we specialized in board games and comics. We carried a large selection of Pokemon cards, including singles, a whole bunch of Silver and Bronze Age comics that had never been available at our downtown shop. Plus we had a knowledgable staff to answer all of your questions about games and comics.
Moon Base was an experiment to see if we liked running two stores. It turns out, it's more work than anticipated, and after our one year lease was up, we decided to consolidate our efforts back at the main shop, Comics Place. In other words, it was swell, but the swelling went down.
